Top 15 Books of 2015

Much like last year I'm changing up to rules for this list once again, but I think I've got it down to a science now. So the rules for this list are, these are the top 15 books that I have read, reviewed and were released in the year 2015, mainly because I really wanted to highlight books that came out this year that I really loved, though the honorable mentions are books that I read this year that were released prior to 2015, and like last year only one book per author to make it as fair as possible. This list was very hard to rank, so these books are in NO PARTICULAR ORDER. I hope you enjoy and be sure to click on the book's cover to check out my review of that book!

1. Frozen Tides (Falling Kingdoms #4) by Morgan Rhodes

2. Mark of the Thief (Mark of the Thief #1) by Jennifer A. Nielsen

3. The Ruby Circle (Bloodlines #6) by Richelle Mead

4. Nowhere But Here (Thunder Road #1) by Katie McGarry

5. King (The Dragon King Chronicles #3) by Ellen Oh

6. Omega City (Omega City #1) by Diana Peterfreund

7. The Last Ever After (The School for Good and Evil #3) by Soman Chainani

8. Damage Done by Amanda Panitch

9. Lairs Inc. by Paula Stokes

10. Cage of Deceit (Reign of Secrets #1) by Jennifer Anne Davis

11. Beastly Bones (Jackaby #2) by William Ritter

12. Illuminae (The Illuminae Files #1) by Aime Kaufman and Jay Kristoff

13. Deadfall (Blackbird Duology #2) by Anna Carey

14. The Golden Yarn (MirrorWorld #3) by Cornelia Funke

15. Ice Like Fire (Snow Like Ashes #2) by Sara Raasch

Honorable Mentions:

Final Bits: Let me explain the Honorable Mentions and why I decided to separate books that came out this year and ones that were released prior to this year. Like I said I really wanted to focus on books that I read that came out in 2015, but at the same time there were some fantastic books that I read this year that came out before 2015 that I also wanted to show off, books that really had a strong impact on me. Anyway those are my top books that I read and reviewed over the last year. What books made your list? Leave a comment or link to your list below! Happy New Year everyone!
